The service

Renvo provides software that lets car rental businesses take reservations, verify renters, collect payments and deposits, and send booking notifications. Rental agreements, vehicles, pricing, and policies are set by the individual rental business you book with — Renvo facilitates the booking but is not the rental provider.

Bookings & payments

When you reserve a vehicle, you authorize the rental business (via Renvoand our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method for the rental, applicable fees, and any refundable deposit or hold. Cancellation, refund, and damage terms are governed by the rental business’s own policies.

SMS / text messaging terms

Program: Renvo Booking Notifications. By providing your mobile number and consenting during booking, you agree to receive transactional text messages about your reservation — including booking confirmations, pickup and return reminders, and reminders to complete an unfinished booking — sent on behalf of the rental business you booked with.

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of text messages, reply STOP at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed and will send no further texts unless you re-subscribe. For help, reply HELP or email hello@renvo.app.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For how we handle the information collected through this program, see our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with or disrupt the service. Rental businesses are responsible for complying with applicable rental, consumer-protection, and screening laws.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renvo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
